Most adults spend half their waking hours at work.          Let’s make the most of it!
You are invited to participate in the 4 week Healthy Eating Challenge, from January 23, 2017 to February 19, 2017.
Connect with your co-workers as you earn points participating in the challenge!

 

STEP 1: Sign up
Contact Liska Lackey by January 20th at llackey@email.unc.edu or 919-968-2796
Liska will send all the information you need to participate

STEP 2: Form a team or participate on your own
Let Liska know if you are participating as part of a team and choose a Captain

STEP 3: Earn points
Daily points are earned for completing challenge activities
Maintenance points are earned if you maintain any healthy eating habit over the challenge
Bonus points are earned for completing a bonus activity: One bonus activity is attending the Jan 25th Lunch & Learn: “It’s a Lifestyle Not a Diet”

STEP 4: Track points
If you are participating as part of a team, submit points to your Captain each week.
Team Points will be reported each week to promote healthy competition!

STEP 5: Submit points
Send the My Healthy Eating Challenge Log Sheet to Liska by Feb 24th

STEP 6: Win prizes!
Everyone who submits logs will be enter into the drawing for prizes
The Team with the most points will win the Team prize and bragging rights!
