Lunch and Learn: Mindfulness

Please join us at the April 26th Lunch-and-Learn for an informative and interactive presentation on Mindfulness Techniques and how they can help us manage stress.

In this interactive presentation, Paul Huffman, BS, RN, ERYT, Mindfulness Instructor, will guide us as we learn and experience:

  • Identifying and Working with Stress Triggers
  • The Mind Body Connection
  • Simple Mindfulness Practices for Everyday Life
    • Mindful Breathing
    • Seated Meditation with Attention to the Breath
    • The Breathing Space
  • Decide if you would like to participate in a 5-week Mindfulness Class
