Wellness@Work Yoga Starting October 5

This free class is open to all employees, their families, and pre-65 retirees.

Join co-workers in a gentle yoga practice to:

  • Release tension, stretch and strengthen your body
  • Relax your mind and lift your spirits

This class is designed for everyone:

  • Those who have never practiced yoga AND those who regularly practice
  • All shapes and sizes
  • All ages
  • All levels of physical ability

Begins Thursday, October 5 through November 9
12 to 12: 45pm

Participants should wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat
Led by Alison Hinks, Registered Yoga Teacher
