We know this is a very trying time. The Corona Virus pandemic is causing a lot of concern. We want to offer resources that may help you in your day to day life.
Be sure you have true information about the virus from sources that can be trusted.

Take care of your physical health
- Eat healthy foods
- Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated
- Get outside for daily exercise as weather allows
- Take time for rest daily
Take care of your emotional and mental health
- Do not fully isolate yourself – stay in contact with others by phone, face-time or Skype if needed
- Get daily exercise. Enjoy the sunlight outside as weather permits
- Make time to do things you enjoy
- Know what you can control
- Your actions and attitude, taking breaks from news and social media, taking care of yourself…
- And know what you cannot control
- what others do, how long this situation lasts…
- Seek help if stress is getting in the way of your daily activities, or you have thoughts of harming yourself or others. You can contact the Town’s Employee Assistance Program by calling 1-800-326-3864
