Employee Zumba!

A series of 4 weekly Zumba Classes starting January 23 

What is Zumba? It is a FUN aerobic fitness program that combines Latin and international dance music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval and resistance training with alternating fast and slow rhythms.

Is Zumba hard to do? No! If you like good music and dancing (even if you think you’re not good at it), then you will do great. You can go at your own pace and make it as hard of a workout as you want.

What items do I need? Comfortable shoes, a willing spirit and a bottle of water.’

Dates: Wednesdays, from January 23 through February 13

Time: 11:30a to 12:30p

Location: Hargraves Community Center Gymnasium

Leader: Shelethea Wright-Quick, TOCH Police Investigator

Cost: FREE with your TOCH Gym & Pool Pass
