Who: Employees, dependents, and pre-65 retirees covered by the Town’s Insurance

What do I need to bring? BCBS Insurance Card

Do I need an appointment? No, Flu Shot Clinics are Walk-In

Can’t make it to the Flu Shot Clinic? No problem! Come to any Walk-In Clinic or schedule a clinic appointment
