Lunch and Learn: Mindfulness

In this interactive presentation, Paul Huffman, BS, RN, ERYT, Mindfulness Instructor, will guide us as we learn and experience:

  • Identifying and Working with Stress Triggers
  • The Mind Body Connection
  • Simple Mindfulness Practices for Everyday Life
    • Mindful Breathing
    • Seated Meditation with Attention to the Breath
    • The Breathing Space
  • Decide if you would like to participate in a 5-week Mindfulness Class
