In this interactive presentation, Paul Huffman, BS, RN, ERYT, Mindfulness Instructor, will guide us as we learn and experience:
- Identifying and Working with Stress Triggers
- The Mind Body Connection
- Simple Mindfulness Practices for Everyday Life
- Mindful Breathing
- Seated Meditation with Attention to the Breath
- The Breathing Space
- Decide if you would like to participate in a 5-week Mindfulness Class
