To Weigh Less Tomorrow
An 8-week weight-management discussion group led by Lana Nasrallah, the Wellness@Work Dietitian/Nutritionist
With support & education, you can improve your nutritional status, prevent or reverse certain diseases, improve your quality of life and achieve your weight loss goals!
- Instructor led discussion series for people who want to learn how to manage their weight
- Discussions will promote learning on healthy eating choices, habits, and behaviors to promote weight loss through diet
- The program also has emphasis on action planning, physical activity & reducing risk of chronic conditions
Who is it for?
TOCH employees, families and pre-65 retirees who want to manage their weight
When?
- Wednesdays from 12 to 1pm at Hargraves Recreation Center
- Classes will begin Wednesday, October 17 and end on Wednesday, December 5
