Work Your Weigh to Wellness
A 12-week weight loss program using a non-diet approach to help you reach your wellness goals.
Led by Lana Nasrallah, the Wellness@Work Dietitian.
Classes will be held on Wednesdays from 12 to 1pm at the Wellness Clinic.
Dates:
Orientation, Wednesday, February 5
Classes begin Wednesday, February 12 & continue through Wednesday, April 26
