This FREE class is open to all employees, their families and pre-65 retirees.
Join co-workers in a gentle Yoga practice to:

- Stretch & strengthen your body
- Relax your mind & lift your spirits
This class is designed for everyone!
- Those who have never practiced Yoga AND those who regularly practice
- All shapes & sizes
- All ages
- All levels of physical ability
