Meet Our Providers & Staff

Liska Lackey, FNP, has had the pleasure of working as the Wellness@Work Nurse Practitioner since 2013. She received her Bachelor’s in Nursing from UT-Austin in 1986 and her Master’s in Nursing from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1993. At the Wellness Clinic, Liska provides care for minor illness, health coaching, coordination of chronic disease management, and weight management counseling. Her favorite part of Wellness@Work is the opportunity to build partnerships with employees, dependents and pre-65 retirees; through these partnerships, she strives to help individuals achieve their health goals.



Robin Motley, MSN, is a family nurse practitioner who spent years working at a primary care practice in Carrboro and as well as the Caswell County Health Department’s clinic. In 2015, she joined a home-based primary care practice started by UNC Family Medicine. Currently, in addition to working part-time at the Wellness @ Work clinic, Robin also provides home-based palliative care for people with serious illnesses in Chapel Hill and Durham.




Lana Nasrallah, MPH, RD, LDN is a registered dietitian. The areas of nutrition she is most interested in are diabetes, overweight/obesity, cardiovascular disease, and gastrointestinal disease. She enjoys developing nutrition care plans and teaching people about the importance of diet and nourishment to achieve health-related goals and manage chronic conditions. She encourages people to increase their knowledge of nutrition and learn new ways on hoe to practice their acquired knowledge. During her consultations, she provides educational materials that reinforce messages about healthy eating, teach skills essential for making dietary change, and provide information on how to sustain behavior change.



Barbara Silver, MA, CTTS is the Program Manager for Worksite Wellness Tobacco Cessation.  She works with Town of Chapel Hill employees and with UNC hospital employees who want to quit using tobacco. Barbara has been working in the field of tobacco prevention and cessation for over 20 years, and with UNC since 2012. She loves having the opportunity to meet 1 on 1 with employees, to get to know them, while helping them become healthier without nicotine. Barbara is proud to be part of a program at UNC that offers tobacco cessation counseling and medications free to its employees.




Adam Goldstein, MD, MPH, is the Medical Director of the collaborative UNC and Town of Chapel Hill Wellness@Work program. Dr. Goldstein has a two-decade career of research and evaluation of wellness initiatives, focusing on population health, prevention and treatment. As Medical Director, Dr. Goldstein oversees clinical care, program development and innovation.






Sherry Hay, MPA, is Director of Community Health and Adjunct Assistant Professor at UNC Family Medicine. She has worked in health care for over twenty-five years leading a number of different programs from wellness to chronic disease management. She helped to craft some of the initial wellness tools for the program like the Health Risk Assessment. She coordinates Wellness@Work committee meetings, planning meetings, and reviews data for program improvement.





Kevin Tate, MHA, is the Director of Clinical Business Operations at UNC Family Medicine. Kevin has been an administrator and analyst for the UNC Department of Family Medicine since 2005. He is currently responsible for all outpatient healthcare operations and finance for the department. Kevin was part of the initial implementation team that developed the Wellness@Work program in partnership with the Town of Chapel Hill in 2011, and has continued to support the program’s planning, budget, and reporting since inception.






Kevah Jones is the administration support specialist for Wellness@Work, assisting with many programs, including the annual HRA Drive and fall flu vaccination clinics. She has been involved with Wellness@Work since 2011
