  • Fire Station 2:  1003 S. Hamilton Rd
  • Fire Station 3:  1615 E. Franklin St
  • Fire Station 4:  101 Weaver Dairy Rd Ext
  • Fire Station 5: 100 Bennett Rd @ 15-501 South
  • Housing:  317 Caldwell St
  • Library:  100 Library Dr
  • Parks & Recreation: 200 Plant Rd
  • Police Department: 828 MLK Jr. Blvd
  • Town Hall: 405 MLK Jr. Blvd
  • Town Hall (Fleet Feet Routes): 405 MLK Jr. Blvd

Walking is a low-impact physical activity that most people can do. When done regularly, walking can help lower or maintain weight; improve cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood glucose readings; improve mood and concentration; and prevent or control some chronic diseases. Walking can be done almost anywhere and is adjustable to your fitness level!
