Wellness@Work Yoga

Wednesday, January 22

This FREE class is open to all employees, their families and pre-65 retirees.

 

Join co-workers in a gentle Yoga practice to:

  • Release tension
  • Stretch & strengthen your body
  • Relax your mind & lift your spirits

This class is designed for everyone!

  • ​Those who have never practiced Yoga AND those who regularly practice
  • All shapes & sizes
  • All ages
  • All levels of physical ability
